We're looking to create "How To" guides and/or videos that patrons can access on our website to help them navigate our various purchase paths. For example "How To Renew Your Subscription" where we will include step by step instructions on how to do a straight renewal, and how to add a seat request note if they wish to make changes to their subscription. We often get calls where the rep ends up walking the patron through the purchase path to buy tickets/subscriptions/gift certificates, etc to help them complete their online order, so we're hoping these instructional guides/videos will help reduce those phone inquiries. Has anyone done anything similar for their websites (TNEW or not) and is willing to share some examples?Thanks in advance!Anastassia

Marley Wynne, Member Success Manager for TNEW here. We've seen some organizations do this when they cut over to TNEW, and the login/create account process changes. I've also seen step by step instructions for subscription renewals. Sometimes these are posted on the website, but most often these are sent via an email to groups of constituents. When we switched over to digital tickets, in addition to a written out step-by-step in our email announcing the change, we included a very quick and basic YouTube demonstration to show how to access your tickets. youtube.com/.../QuBzjeG2pR4
