Orders with Balance Due from "System Never Deletes" fees.

Hi Tessitura, 

We have recently run into an issue where we are trying to mark patrons as deceased, but they have a fee balance remaining in an order. I am able to override the fee in the order, but I am concerned that there are lots of other orders out there with no SLI but fees. After some investigation, it appears these fees are hanging out in orders because the fees were marked as "System Never Deletes". The pattern is that they are also subscription order level fees, so the fee was never deleted when Seat Cancelation was run (which makes sense since the fee was marked as never deletes). I tried reactivating the fee, unchecking system never deletes, and opening the order in a new batch in the hopes of "triggering" the fee to delete, but alas, no luck - still had to override. 

Are there any recommendations to remedy this? Any reports/processes to help me identify these orders (outside of a query - looking into doing that if needed). Thanks for any suggestions!
