We want to drop seats for the 1st performance of a package and leave the remaining ones. Is there a way to do that? These are unpaid fixed seat packages that were rolled over. We want to open up the 1st show for single ticket purposes but still offer the original rollover minus that performance.
Seat Cancellation seems to not work on performances if they were part of a package order.
Event Cancellation seems to not cancel unpaid orders.
Am I missing something? Anyone have easy ways of accomplishing this?

I’m still learning this but believe there is a way. Depending on how many rollovers package you have left unpaid you can do some of this manually.
First you can you go into the Fixed package(s) you have of your season. Then lower the min number in the package? It will treat the unpaid rollover packages you still have as a peel off package.
Go to the Constitutes where you have unpaid orders and delete the show you want removed from the package.
Access the order, From the line-item tab at the bottom left there is a checkbox- Package Details. If you click that it shows all the shows related in that package.
Then highlight the show to delete from the package. It will keep the rollover package there, all it does is remove the show that you want out of the package. This will still have their same seats for when it’s rollover time for the following season.
I hope that helps and not confuse more in the process.
Thanks that at least gives us a way to do it order by order, that does indeed work for this. Was hoping to automate using Seat Cancellation or Event Cancellation, but it does not seem possible.
