List manager or extraction help

Having a difficult time figuring how to do this one.

Trying to create a list of all customers who paid over a certain dollar amount on their packages in a particular season.

It looks like I can not use anything from the Subscription folder since we want to include those that have a non fixed seat package which are not included in the subscription summary screen.

Thanks for the help.

    Marty-

We have a list element that pulls from Ticket history that is ticket price type. (I don’t think this is standard but I don’t think it was hard to set up!) We also have non fixed seat packages so when I want to pull info on both the non fixed and fixed seat packages I use this element or T-stats.  But for this particular problem, I think you would just need to use these elements (all from the Ticketing folder) Ticket Season in (season), Tickets- Total Amount >= (your number), and then the custom Ticket price type element (select all appropriate price types).  I tried it out and it seemed to work!

Let me know if that makes sense!

Thanks Amanda, I looked at the elements you mentioned but appears that they pull from ticket history which looks like do not include Packages. Does yours include packages?

Our ticket history includes all the lineitems for each performance in the package.   And then I believe when you limit the criteria with the pricetypes and season combined with the tickets total amount it should give you your package totals.  This might be a roundabout way of looking at them and it might return a few bad eggs, but it was the first thing I thought of when I saw your question on Friday!

Again, let me know if that makes sense!
