Is there a way to test delayed delivery of PAH tickets?

Hi everyone.  I'm building our 2023 season (July/August), and I'm implementing delayed delivery of print-at-home tickets.  I've set the e-ticket release date as 7 days prior to the performance.  But I always like to confirm that the PAH ticket is delivering properly with some test tickets both from TNEW and from the application.  Of course, with the delayed delivery, I can't get the ticket yet.  I did an order with an order date within the 7 days before the performance (6/28/2023 for a 6/30/2023 performance), but I'm still not receiving a PAH ticket email.  When I look at the order history, there is still an event date of today (11/7/22).  I was wondering if any of you Tessitura whizzes had some suggestions.

Thanks,  Lee Ann

  • Thanks Joanna.  This makes sense.  I changed on of my mode of sale to remove the e-ticket release date (not one with any tickets attached).  The ticket emailed through the system, and I learned that I have a problem because the ticket never came to my email.  I’m working with Tess support on it.
