Good Afternoon!
We have batch printed our subscriptions for next season to get ready to mail out. While looking for a few people, we noticed that some on our batch printing list, didn't have actual tickets. When we go into the patron account, it shows that the tickets have been printed.
Any ideas!!! I've looked at the list parameters and they look fine. Scratching my almost bald head over this one!!!
