I created several promo codes for an upcoming event. I tested them online yesterday and everything was working. I added another code this morning and the seat map didn't show when the code was used, only the "buy by section" list. Now none of the codes are working properly. I've checked every setting and don't see anything that looks wrong, but something about that last code seems to have messed up everything.
If your Promo Code unlocking a Price Type, by chance? Maybe check the MOS and User Group on the new price type?
