How do you all pre-print tickets for Business Continuity purposes? I have a "dummy" ticket design that leaves blank spots for seating, but does pull in some information, like show title, date, etc. Does anyone know of a way to print these "dummy" tickets out? Currently, the Ticketing Manager is going into TEST and batch printing a bunch of orders to this ticket design, which works, but is kind of a pain.

Thanks! Between your reply and some other digging in the forums, this seems like the only way. I'm just surprised this is the process. I guess it makes sense to ensure that inventory is controlled, so that more tickets that available inventory aren't printed, but it seems like a cumbersome process.

I wish the Tessitura application had an offline mode for use during outages. That would be a game changer.
