Source code income

Hello everyone,

Is there a way of working out how much income was generated through orders which have been assigned a specific source code.  I can’t even seem to be able to find a list of orders relating to a specific source code as the source_code for all records in our lvs_tkt_hist table is NULL.

Many thanks for your help

  • Under the Campaigns and Appeals report category, try Campaign Appeal Revenue/Expense.  The name is a bit misleading.  For v9.0, it’s been renamed to Revenue by Source and Appeal to be a little more concise.  This will report both contribution and ticketing income, but if you’ve only used the source for ticketing the number should be accurate.  The Mode parameter will allow you to choose between the transactional appeal (the source assigned for each transaction) vs the Order/Contribution Appeal (source assigned to the entire order or contribution).

More help is available in the report documentation:

    Hope that helps!
