I am brand new to the Tessitura ticketing software. I have worked on many different ticketing applications and I find Tessitura to be cluckiest of all. I hope expand on that later, but for now, I want to know if the icons and top header items can be viewed larger? They are very tiny for my eyesight. Help!

I would agree with you that it would be nicer to see the constituent header larger. You can slightly increase the font size by going into Tools/Preferences and changing the Application Scaling value - I would recommend no larger than 10%. This is because, whilst the text becomes larger, the header doesn't - so more than 110%, you start to lose the bottom of the header.
You might want to reach out to Tessitura and get access to the v16 sandbox. Various areas of the application have been redeveloped - including the Constituent areas - and it looks great. As it is browser based (YIPEE!!) you can change the zoom level of your browser to adjust the size of the text. Have a look, I don't think you'll be disappointed!
