Howdy all,
I'm not a big box office guy, but I'm flexing that "other duties as required" line in my job description.
Documentation shows how to build a "Faux Flex" package. Seems great, what we need, etc.
How have you reported on identifying who are "Faux Flex" package buyers? Anything simple and in-the-box?
Thanks in advance!
Hey Eric,
There are a couple of good ways to report on Pricing Rules. You can "Flex" your analytics skills and pop it in a analytics Dashboard (included if you want a start)
There is also the Rules Statistics report in the TIcketing Box Office folder
ProTip if you want your Dashboard to match your report ,include the Pricing Rule in the Seats and Tickets section as well as the Pricing Rule section. Unhelpfully they are named the same thing but one gives you the rule by name and the other is the action on the sub line item
As for identifying the users there is a Constituents Jump To dashboard attached to the pivot. Click on the totals at the bottom of the pivot and you will get a pop up that will let you save these folks as a Tessitura List Manager List. You can also save as list in the SSRS report
Cheers,
