Can anyone recommend best practice for sharing information with your customer service teams? We have shared network drive but wary of littering that with various documents - is there a way to have a space within the Tessitura application to list forthcoming on sale dates etc?

Hi Andy! We have an internal organization sharepoint website called The Point (because it's quick and easy...to the point!) that managers edit and update. The home page is full of updates with a time stamp to allow our part time staff know what changed since the last time they were in. We have production information (run time, age recommendation, discount codes, group rates, etc.) and more generic information (how to sell a ticket, redeem a gift certificate, exchange etc.) We grant access to all box office and development staff access.
