Example Mail Merge Renewal Forms/Invoices

Hello,

We are researching different options for Subscription Season Renewal Invoices. We are currently generating a custom SSRS and printing it over a pre-printed form. This mostly works, but if the form changes we are paying to have the custom SSRS moved/adjusted annually.

A mail merge is a new option for us. Either merged at a mail house or in-house. I know this would still require a custom report to generate the data so it would all fit on one line to be merged.

I am looking for examples, from other theatres, of what their printed piece looks like with and without the mail merge data included.
