I wonder if anyone knows if it is possible to pull a list of constituents that has a remaining balance on their gift certificate? For example all that has a gift certificate with payment date Sept 1 - Dec 31 2020
(I wanted to e-mail them to let they know their gift certificates will be valid longer than we first promised)
I can not find any criteria in list manager that has to do with gift certificates.
And the Gift certificate list does give info about the constituents but no e-mail adresses.
So grateful for any advice :)

Hi Sofie.
You could try this:
Go to reports > finance folder
Gift Certificate listing reports
Choose the GC & Dates that you are wanting.
When the report output comes up, save it to a Tessitura list
You can then use an output set on that list to get your emails.
Hope that makes sense.
Additionally, I'd you want to use the number, amount and every date in an output set for your email, you can can construct a view in SSMS that can list then out for you.
I had trouble with people having more than one certificate (WordFly likes single lines of data) so I made an output that lists all their Gift Certificates (expirey, gc number, and amount) in one field, wrapped in simple HTML for easy emailing. Customers seem to find out handy at checkout having it all in one place.
