Annual Pass/Season Ticket in museum/visitor attraction

Hi all,

At one of our museum sites, we operate an Annual Pass scheme whereby a customer buys one of our adult, concession, child or family tickets and can return with that ticket an unlimited number of times for 12 months. The Annual Pass also gives them discounted entry to some site events. When customers buy tickets to site events, they also get an Annual Pass ticket.

Does anyone operate a scheme like this and be happy to share their thoughts and feedback? We are weighing up whether to manage this through a ticket that applies a constituency code (although there are challenges with ensuring the customer only returns with the same guests they originally bought tickets for, for example an adult and child only returning for free with one adult and one child), or using memberships (although there are challenges with the customer journey since some tickets are Annual Passes and others are not).

We're open to new ways of operating a scheme like this so any other experiences would be incredibly useful!

Many thanks,

Hannah
