Hello ticketing wizards! I have a question to pose to you all.
I came to this organization in Jan 2021 and they have a Single Ticket exchange MOS and a Sub Exchange MOS. Over the past season, I saw how often my reps struggled with people having subscription and sub additional (single) tickets that they wanted to exchange for the same show. I would love to streamline this for them and just have one exchange MOS with all price types available and just use the price types in fee rules to determine what tickets get what fees. I'm going to put it into test and begin to play, but just wondering if anyone has reasons why I'd want to keep this split. We are a subscription LORT theatre, so I don't have BAA concerns or outside presenter settlements to be concerned with. All thoughts are appreciated.
We just use one Exchange MOS for all of our exchanges regardless of subscription or non-subscription. We waive fees depending on the price type.
