Hello. Using quick sale, and each sale has the same source code. After the transaction is finished, and tickets printed, the next order has the last source code cleared out, requiring me to re-enter the source code once again. Is there a way to have Tessitura remember the source code between quick sale transactions?

Hi Duke - so sorry, I should have been more detailed - it's in the ticketing set up menu, under Mode of Sale. It depends on your security access as to if you can see this or not - for our org this access is with the box office staff that set up new performances.
