Hello. Using quick sale, and each sale has the same source code. After the transaction is finished, and tickets printed, the next order has the last source code cleared out, requiring me to re-enter the source code once again. Is there a way to have Tessitura remember the source code between quick sale transactions?

Hi Duke - I don't think you can do this for just Quick Sale but you can do this for the MOS - from documentation on creating s new MOS:
'Clear Source No – When checked, the source from the previous order is cleared with each new order in the mode of sale. If unchecked, the source from the previous saved order is retained in each new order until the mode of sale is changed.'
This is how we have things set for our admissions team (unchecked) - it's always 'walk up' for them - they enter it for the first sale following logging in & it sticks for rest of session.
