I'm reaching out to see how other Venues handle calls with short staffing. We are very short staffed in our Box Office since COVID and can not keep up with the call volume. Do other venues use a separate call center? Do you only have in person office hours and no phone sales? Internet sales only? Would love to hear how other Venus handle this.
We have voicemail and our message lets patrons know that it can take up to 72 hours for us to follow up with them. Then, we also encourage them to email us or go online as well.
