web order - CSI needs to show season and performance code

When a purchase for a special event takes place on our website, a CSI is automatically created with the following fields filled in as shown:

 

Category            B-Web Event Registration

Activity Type      B Guild Program

Origin                 Internet – Guild Program

Season              (Blank)

Performance     (Blank)

 

I now need to also capture the season and performance code in the CSI for Guild Program events.  

I tried updating the TR_Cust_Activity_Type table by setting the Perf Ind field to Performance.  I then placed a trial order on our website.  The CSI that was created now has the season field active, however it shows as 22-23 Ballet Season.  For the Guild events only, I need it to fill in as the current Ballet Auxiliary season which the event is associated with.  Where do I control what season appears when the CSI gets created and how do I then get the performance code to appear in the Performance field?

    We use CSIs to collect additional information for performances via web orders and tie the CSI's to the appropriate performance. I'm curious about your CSI configuration and also your performance setup.

    Is the production season where this performance is housed connected to the proper season?
    Is your season currently active in TR_SEASON?
    Is your performance connected to an active campaign?
