Dear Tessitura Community,
We are in a pinch over here...our main Tessitura person is no longer with us, and we need to get our packages online. It appears everything is setup...They have a Web Mode of Sale (MOS) as well as the keywords. I know I'm missing something small. What else should I look at?

thank you for any leads and help.
Best,

Few things to maybe check for. Check the system table LTR_TN_EXPRESS_WEB_DEFAULTS and make sure your sub MOS is your Web Subscription MOS. Then I would look into each of the individual events and make sure they all have the Web Subscription MOS in active dates. In ticketing setup go the mode of sale window. I would check that the Web Subscription Mode of Sale has all the price types in the package selected and under MOS/User Group, make sure it is is attached to the web user group.
I got someone from Tessitura on the phone and they have confirmed that our setup appears to be correct. This particular person isn't fluent in TNEW so they have escalated above them and made it critical. They think it could be that since we are using a new price type, that could be the disruption.
I'll let y'all know what comes from this. I'm sure everyone is on the edge of their seat. In the meantime...thank you to all you rock stars that have chimed in to help. Y'all are an amazing community.
Stay tune,-Jason
With new price types, I have found that price type / user group association is almost always the forgotten step for us. For whatever that is worth.
This! Price Type/User Group set up under Price Type Maintenance.
They checked that. They said that looks ok on their end. :-(
Could it be something as simple as not having them with all the same ticket design? As in you picked a similarly named design. I know I've done that before. We all feel your frustration. Been there, done that.
Edit -- I think I confused your issue with another post. Oops. Side comment: Your org login is great. I bet some other orgs are jealous.
