Hi Everyone,
I am newer to the ticket side of Tessitura. I am wondering if there is a way to configure the QuickSale buttons to show how many tickets have a hold code of oversell on them in the button? Similar to the Avail tickets that already shows up in the ticket boxes. We are a museum so it would be really nice for our ticket counter to be able to see the available tickets in oversell for a timeslot.

As shared in the support ticket my colleague Yessenia created, I'm afraid there is not a way to add a Label or Customize the Quicksale buttons to include an at-a-glance view of a given number of seats affected by a Hold Code like your Oversell option. The easiest way to view that would likely be looking at the seat map for the given performance itself and reviewing the hold codes tab.
