I am not convinced this is possible in-the-box, but I'd like to allow someone using Tessitura On The Go to run a Perf Seating Book (which has day-of sales, important) to get a list of perf attendees' emails.
Closest I can get is to save the seating book report as a list in TOTG, run a Constituent Profile report on the List, and then export to excel, but of course the document isn't very format-friendly for merging into an email.
Any thoughts or ideas??
Couldn't you just schedule an emailed list pull to be sent instead with an excel/csv? Essentially create a dynamic list with a relative performance date range of today, and have it scheduled to send at a particular time on show days?
EDIT: Or if you specifically need it to be available on TOTG, you should be able to schedule the file to not be emailed, and I believe it will be available in TOTG.
AFAIK any performance data from lists would be ticket history, which would only include up to yesterday's data.
We absolutely do this, but the seating book is nice because it includes day-of purchases. At least this is what I'm told by box office people in my life.
If you have anyone with SQL skills, you can tweak the code of a list to give you what you need there including those day of sales as well. But yes, that is the one main drawback to the way list manager is set up.
Though I definitely understand the reasons the ticket history tables are set up the way they are, and the reasons are extremely valid, it would be nice if there were some way to include like a view over only the day of sales for list element generation so that these things are still included as well.
