Hi fellow Tessiturians,We have a youth program which requires a certain age group to be able to purchase discount tickets. Once a patron signs up for this program and we validate their age, they get a constituency which allows them to purchase these tickets throughout the season. We've been utilizing Mobile tickets for these particular orders, so we often miss the opportunity to check the patrons' age. What we'd like do is to restrict their delivery method to be Box Office Pickup only for their first purchase of the season. So that way, they can come to the box office and we can check their ID before handing them the ticket. All subsequent purchases will default to Mobile ticket delivery.
Any ideas on how this could be achieved on TNEW? I'm thinking their might be some sort of a combination of a constituency and a pricing rule, or a dynamic list but I'm at a loss as to how to put it all together.Thank you all in advance!Anastassia
