Hi! Is there a way to edit attendance history? We had a few guests incorrectly marked as attended for a tour and I would like to change that status so they do not get pulled into our auto post-visit email. Thanks for any insight on this!

No standard way, with client tools. If you have access to SSMS and are comfortable updating tables in your impresario database, it is possible to scan and/or un-scan tickets via SQL.
