Hi! Is there a way to edit attendance history? We had a few guests incorrectly marked as attended for a tour and I would like to change that status so they do not get pulled into our auto post-visit email. Thanks for any insight on this!
I know there is a way to mark a ticket as Attended, but I don't see if there's a way to reverse that. Would love to hear others' input!
