Hi All
We have a patron at our venue that is flagged as a warning/handle with care. Now while we dont want to particlarly "ban" him from attending events, we do alert front of house and management when he purchases a ticket over the phone/counter as the staff can see his "flagged patron" constiuency tag and CSI's we have set up for him. We recently had an incident where he attended without knowledge to the Box Office staff as he purchased through TNEW so venue staff were not properly informed and prepared.
My question is, is there a way to set up an alert when a purchase is made through TNEW that goes to myself and other members of management staff when a patron has a particular constituency tag?
Many thanks!
We have a daily report that gets sent (Order Export Utility) which only pulls patrons from our "watchlist" who have made a purchase. Since it's a daily report, it's usually blank unless one of those specific patrons has purchased. I'd be interested to know if there are any other ways to keep track of such patrons.
Ah this may work for us if I can tailor this report to pick up multiple seasons! As a venue our events are categorised into different seasons within the year. The utility at the moment can only pick up one which is not ideal as we'd get multiple versions of the same report for something that that will mostly likely you said be blank.
I will explore this avenue! thanks
