I'm wondering whether anyone has had any luck, or have found any workarounds in fixing defect DEV-10533, where the BOCA cutter starts to randomly cut tickets during the printing of an order (sometimes cuts between every ticket, sometimes cuts just before the last ticket is printed).
Biggest issue for us is that three members of our small team now have this issue, and we only sell subscriptions, so each order is a minimum of 3 tickets, but on average probably closer to 10-15 tickets per order. This is now ruling three of us out of batch printing or printing any large orders. I've logged it with the helpdesk but they've not got a fix as yet, so I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue?
We get this issue with one of our bocas as well. We do two things. We turn the boca off for one day and sometimes that works. Or we will open it up and spray air around the parts and that also sometimes works.
