When we cancel a subscription order, we put a reason for cancelling in their order notes. How can i get a listing of these order notes?? Once the Line Item is deleted, the order no longer shows up on the Package Order listing, which is the only report that shows notes.

Order notes appear on the order search screen, if that's good enough for you. If you need a printable version are you in a position to create a new Output Set Builder element?

I'm not sure if anyone is still following this thread, but what element would need to be added to the output set builder to capture this Order Notes field? I have already created a list from the Order Search screen and just need to tie it to an output set to see the Order Notes in some type of report/document.Thanks!
Order Notes are included in the data of the Single Sale Order Listing report under the Ticketing Box Office category of Reports. You can save to CSV or Excel and see these notes.
