We have a 4 show season split between 2 venues. 3 shows in one venue and one show in another. We are considering for next season and next season only having 2 shows in each venue. We have already rolled over and processed orders into these packages in our standard 3 and 1 configuration. So, I am looking for recommendations on how best to make this change.
It seems I can adjust what performances are in the perf groups, even after sales have been made but that doesn't seat them in the new performance nor remove the old performance from existing package orders, at least not with out removing and re-seating the package. Ultimately, I am trying to find the cleanest way of doing this but also wanting to avoid a full rebuild or major re-seat, which I understand may be wishful thinking. Any thoughts or recommendations on how to proceed are appreciate!!
