Good Morning - we are getting ready to put Hamilton on sale and wondered if anyone had done a large on-sale using Adage's Smart Seat. We are in the planning phase working through what software to use, TNEW or Adage Smart Seat. It would be helpful to hear what others have done and why.

Hi Erin, this is Devin from Tessitura Support. I hope that you've been able to connect with orgs around planning for your upcoming onsale. I know that you're in the data collection phase but just wanted to mention here that we recommend disabling SYOS for large onsales because of the load that it can put on the API. I know that you and I have chatted about this but wanted make sure our recommendation was clear in the forums. That said, I'm curious to hear the experience of orgs that have used SmartSeat for smaller onsales or large ones that snuck through.
