Hello everyone!
I wanted to reach out and get an idea of what other organizations are doing as far as Mobile Tickets being 'available' for their current and upcoming season?
Some Context: On our 'Upcoming Events' page, patrons are able to view their tickets for the current season. If they have renewed for the upcoming season, they can also see the event in the 'Upcoming Events' page, but will not be able to 'View Tickets' until later this summer.
Our concern is that this might be a bit confusing for our patrons as the performances ALL live on one page, but are two different seasons. We wouldn't want to remove next seasons' events because it ensures the patrons that they have renewed for the upcoming season.
Any ideas? What is your organization doing?
