List for triggered ticket reminder

I'm trying to create a list that will pull constituents who have a member ticket three days in the future for our current special exhibition, but I can't pull anyone into the list. When I use a range like >= RunDate +7 days, I get constituents, but when I try to pull one date (whether typing in the date or using relative), my list is empty (I know members have tickets booked on the day I'm trying to run):
