Booking Protect

We are currently exploring adding Booking Protect to our check out process before we announce our new season later this spring. We had done a ton of research prior to everything being shut down 2 years ago. I am wondering what the experience has been for those of you who offered Booking Protect prior to and throughout the Covid cancellations and reschedules. Has it been a positive experience? Any pitfalls I should know about?
