We’re going to be selling concessions through Tessitura for an upcoming production. For each performance date/time, I have three concessions events that mirror it- f&b, merch, alcohol, - with zones for the individual products.
I’d like to be able to sell concessions from an hour before the perf starts through an hour after the perf ends before the buttons roll over to the next one. In my testing so far, once the date/time for the concessions events hits, everything rolls to the next one right away. Is there a way I can prevent that short of editing the perf time for the concessions events?
