Pay for What You Want Tickets

Hi All,

We are looking at trialling Pay for What You Want Tickets at our venue. Does anyone have any lessons learnt and advice?

I've found documentation to trail but would love to hear some feedback from Tessi organisations that have used this functionality.

Best wishes,

  • Hi Stacey,

We’re currently trialling this approach at our venue. We found the set up to be pretty easy (we’re on TNEW which helps). But it took us a little while to get the wording right to communicate how it works when booking a ticket for customers. We found that offering a suggested price helped customers to feel more comfortable setting their own price and it almost doubled out average ticket price compared to not having a suggested price.

Here's what it looks like on our website.
Let me now if you have any more questions and I’m keen to see if anyone else has any insights or lessons they learned from giving it a go.

    Cheers,
    Courtney
