I'm trying to track down some orders for a couple of General Admission events that our box office staff did not seat when processing. Is there an easy was to do this? I tried pulling a list but it did not show the unseated. As far as I can tell the only place it shows up is on our GL Summary Report. Can someone help me with this?
Hi Brian,
Try the Single Sale Order Listing report. You can filter it to show you unseated orders only.
