I am in the process of setting up a Cancelled Event Season in order that we can archive our cancelled production seasons so that they dont sit in our reporting for their originally intended season of events. This works fine when all performances in the production season are cancelled but I was wondering how people deal with this situation if just one performance in a run is cancelled.
I had the idea just to use the reschedule tool to move out the single cancelled performance from its run, and put it into a Production Season entitled "Cancelled performances from runs" (or similar) which would sit in the Cancelled Event Season however I wanted to see if anyone else has had any better ideas of doing this?
