Wondering if anyone has used the performance reschedule tool on the General Tab in performance setup? Can you reschedule a performance multiple times? Can you process refunds? Just curious about your overall experience and if there were any issues encountered. Appreciate any feedback.

We've unfortunately had to reschedule many events, some more than once (or twice!) and the reschedule tool makes this process really easy. You can interact with the new performance as you would the original performance, so exchanging and refunding tickets is not a problem, and barcodes/QR codes on original tickets remain valid.
