My name is Marcus Beebe. I'm new to Tessitura in an administrative capacity. Maybe someone here can help me out or point me in the right direction. Our theater is looking to replace our season opener with running TWO productions in repertory (at the same time, alternating nights). With that, we are looking to add the rep shows to our FULL season subscription packages.
I'm wondering how do we rollover patrons into a fixed package and include ONE of the rep shows? What happens if the two rep productions have less performances than the regular productions in the rest of the fixed season?
If you have used this kind of templet, I'd love some feedback on how it was implemented.
