I had my husband test our new email sign-up process. He sent me the email confirmation and I'd like to update the messaging on it so it isn't so generic but I can't find it in Tessitura. Can anyone point me in the right direction? It was an auto-response from the "Create Account Brief" page. Thank you!

If this is for TNEW and it is not in HTML templates, chances are these are still the old school .ASPX templates. You should be able to find the file name under T_FORMAT_INFO; it is probably something like TNExpress_Register. If you are RAMP, that file itself you will find in File Mover\Email Templates, and then, depending on whether or not you are on AWS yet, you may have to click through the SOAP templates. If you are self hosted, I am not sure where that would be. But you should then see two files with the TNExpress_Register name; one with _html and another with _text. Those are both used depending one whether or not the e-mail address in question allows HTML e-mails.

Unfortunately not. It got sidelined when our season started and I haven't had a chance to begin looking for it again.
