I had my husband test our new email sign-up process. He sent me the email confirmation and I'd like to update the messaging on it so it isn't so generic but I can't find it in Tessitura. Can anyone point me in the right direction? It was an auto-response from the "Create Account Brief" page. Thank you!
Staci, for us this lives in the HTML Templates section of the Ticketing Setup module so I'd imagine that is where yours is.
Thanks Logan! Our templates are all examples so I'm not even sure if those are being used for us. It wasn't in System Tables under Dynamic Content or Web Content. I may have to go line for line to look for it.
