Hi all!We’re looking at some operational solutions for increasing scan times at the moment for our digital Print At Home ticketing. I've already explored things like making the PDFs more mobile friendly and increasing the sizes of the QR codes on the PDFs themselves, etc., but does anyone know of any other operational or technical avenues we could explore here to increase the efficiency of our users scanning tickets?To give some context, the presenters for our Planetarium shows are reporting that they don't have enough time between shows to accurately scan in all visitors (capacity of 99, although we're running a COVID-secure capacity of 54 currently). Presenters only have a 10min window to scan everyone in before they start their show, and they do this in our 'Space Gallery', which is by design a fairly dark space so we often have issues with phone brightness slowing things down. Our group sizes for these shows tend not to be more than 4x individuals, so the Group Order scanning function wouldn't save us time here.How can we shave off those extra couple of seconds per scan of a mobile PAH digital ticket? Any tips or tricks you've found helpful would really be much appreciated.
