I have a web offer set up and have my source number attached to the promo code in TR_WEB_SOURCE_NO but the promo code does not work. The source number works as expected but I can't figure out what I might have done wrong to prevent the password from working. This offer does involve a MOS shift to a new MOS but the new MOS has offers attached as well since I need to use this MOS for more than one offer. (Basically a subscriber pre-sale to all shows and a special offer to a select group of outside subscribers to just one show.) I have also deleted and rebuilt the offer all the way to the campaign level. Any ideas on why the TR_WEB_SOURCE_NO doesn't seem to work correctly. Oh, and just to make me pull my hair out -- it works fine in Test but will not work in Live.
Thanks in advance for any advice,

Yes, we have used promo codes before with no problems. But this is a new MOS.
I have opened a help ticket so hopefully we will figure out what went wrong soon.
Thanks, Kevin.

Basic question, have you used promo codes on your website before? If not, your website needs to be coded to translate the promo code into the source code using the GetPromoCodeEx method. If that doesn’t happen, entering the word won’t change the source for the order and the mode of sale won’t change and the offer won’t be unlocked.
