How have other theatres who have moved to virtual tickets handled groups? For example, Are you printing and mailing tickets beforehand or bulk checking in via NScan?

We went to a primarily digital tickets for our summer season at the Hollywood Bowl and all went fairly well. We guided the group leaders through how to distribute tickets to individuals in the groups. We did give the option of if a group preferred print tickets, we provide them--this was helpful especially with larger groups.
