Hey there,
I'm new to Dashboard Analytics and amazed at the functionality. I'm trying to replace a lot of our daily reports, teams planners and outlook calendars etc. and replacing everything onto Tessitura Dashboards to keep it all in one place for our Managers and Front of House team. I've got a dashboard for our daily briefing which has things like our daily ticket totals, group bookings, VIPs, membership renewals, previous day ticket totals and soon will hopefully have our visitor counter and shop stats integrated.
But, one functionality I haven't yet figured out is how to get a widget that shows "Today's Access Requirements" by pulling the CSIs attached to performances that day with customer ID, customer name, CSI notes or what's required (wheelchair, mobility scooter)? At the moment we get a report that comes through daily but I'm hopeful for a way to transition this information to a dashboard widget.
I couldn't find a related topic from my searches (I'm also new to these discussion chat forum things so apologies if there is a topic on here already that covers this).
Any and all help appreciated.
P.s. If anyone has a similar daily briefing dashboard set up that you are willing to let me view for ideas that would be great!
Thanks,
Oleta (The Box - Plymouth, UK)
Following - I've been hoping to get CSI's into Analytics for a while now.
I'd love to see what dashboards you've been building! I have a good one for box office staffing and for marketing insights.
My feeling is the only way that you'll get CSIs there is embedding an SSRS Report widget

NB The parameters for the selected report (such as which funds or seasons to report on) must have default values that will be used when it is run in a widget. It is not possible to prompt for parameter values through Tessitura Analytics.
Hmm I don't have the option of an SSRS on the widget dropdown, any idea how to activate that? I guess we haven't reached that update level yet
Hmm, I hadn't thought of that, but I am looking for something that will interact with other data though. I'll definitely give it a shot. Thanks Heath.
I'd check your user group's permissions in security. I believe that was one of the initial functionalities when Analytics came out.
That list of widgets as scrollable. If you move your mouse over it and scroll the wheel down, you'll find more visualization types. The last one is the SSRS widget.
Hi Oleta,
CSI aren't natively in Analytics in the current release. They will be available in v16 Analytics.
ah that scroll bar is so faint I couldn't see it, ah thanks will give that a try
This is the best news.
