Hello all,
We had a performance in a new facility last weekend, and took our scanners to use in offline mode. We're now back at the hall and want to upload the data, but the facility number was not in TR_NSCAN_PROFILES. (We also have an LTR_ version of that table, although I'm not sure why...)
Is there anywhere else we need to add that facility number? Or something else we're missing? We cannot get the data to upload back into Tessitura.
Two additional info nuggets: we are self-hosted, and have scanned two additional performances back at our hall since this off-site performance. Did we maybe overwrite the offline staging tables?
