Reversing a reprint for a Sponsor's ticket?

We delivered to a top donor their order in July for a dozen tickets.  The concert is tomorrow, and by mistake, a new box office employ reprinted the order.  The tickets are already in their guest's possession and will not scan when they arrive tomorrow evening.  Can we reverse this action so their barcode will scan correctly?

  • Hey Crystal, I was able to create an order in our Test environment, print tickets, and the reprint them. I then ran John's SQL code and the original ticket numbers worked in Season Manager - Record Attendance. In the case of only 1 reprint, I am able to confirm that John's SQL code works. The only drawback is that the Order History tab data does not get updated (delete the rows related to reprinting).
