Missouri Botanical Garden is in the process of implementing Tessitura and will soon be ordering new hardware for our ticketing point of sale (POS) devices. We anticipate that most POS sales will occur in the QuickSale screens, but on occasion, our users will need to fill out Order Entry forms for registrations to various events/classes. In conjunction with the implementation, we are building a new visitor center and designing a new ticket sales desk/counter. What has been your experience with selecting monitor sizes for the POS, and the related layout (e.g. 5x5, etc.) of the QuickSale screens? We'd like the monitors to be sufficiently large so that they are functional for high volume sales, but not so bulky as to be unsightly and "barriers" between our staff and our visitors. Any thoughts?
