Ticket Re - Design - Increasing Size

Hello hivemind,

I am wondering if anyone has run into issues when increasing the size of a pre-existing Ticket Design?

    For additional context: 

    We are looking to re-design our ticket stock and increase the size. We have a Vlemur Boca printer (200 dpi) and confirmed with Boca that this printer is compatible with a ticket width that ranges from 2in  3.25in. We are currently working with our web developers on a PAH and using an existing ticket design template. 

    Our current ticket size is 5.5 x 2 inches, so our ticket design, so our Ticket Design is set to Max Rows 400 and Max columns 1100. On our Printer Type list, our Boca printer is set to Max Rows 500 and Max columns 1100. If we wanted to increase the width to 2.5 inches, I believe the ticket design should also be set to Max Rows 500 and Max columns at 1100 based on the documentation.
